If I were you, I would raise fucking hell. They would eventually give you a refund if you got the manager involved.

I have a friend that has worked at gamestop for years. He says they don't actually make money on the new games. They pay pretty much the same price for them you do. They make their profit on used ones. Thatt's why the prices are jacked up so high.

lol he said you can buy a game, take the game out, go back to the store, tell them there was no game in your case, and they have to give you a new one. Nothing they can do about it. You can later return the new game for a refund and keep the stolen one lawlawlawlawlawlawl.

Unfortunately I don't like to rip people off, but damn if I did I'd have a lot of free games right now.

No doubt this has been said before(I'm on my phone so I can't be assed to load two whole pages), but go phone 'em up and ask for battletoads. For the Wii. You get the right guy to swear at you down the phone, and you can get him fired. It's just a case of getting the right guy. If it isn't the right guy... Then it doesn't even matter. Do it for the lulz.

I suggest the next time you go to GameStop, go completely crazy and get the manager involved. You might get a refund and you should do it for teh lulz.

The employee's of the gamestop that I go to are not dumbasses.

A lot of the mainstream videogame stores will treat their most loyal customers like shit because they don't feel you business is really needed, that it why I go with the smaller sites because they will have better service, range of games, and will just make things go smoother.

Actually my Gamestop isn't that bad. The people actually know what they're doing. Some of them can get a little snotty though, But it's the only place that sells gamecube and gameboy games.

Yeah, It was much better when it was EB games, especially since they had N64 games too.

Where I live, I think my GameStop is actually helpful, too.

They don't carry Rock Band 1 drums, which sucks ass.

As is your spelling and grammar. Either way Gamestops as a whole are not all bad. The employees are what you're doing is complaining about a company policy. Unless you go there often and talk to the employees alot (my friends work there) you won't get any type of deal on your mismatched game.

I never understood why people hated Gamestop until I went to a different one further away from my house. I literally had to ask this dumbass fucking employee 5 times for a play and charge pack for 360, at first he said "no" all jokingly but it wasn't fucking funny, then he forgot to ring me up because he went to play SF4 so I had to ask another oblivious worker to ring me up.

Worst customer service ever.

The only problem I have with gamestop is that they only sell broken pre-owned PS2 games. I would understand if they were fairly glitchy and stuff, but WHY is every pre-owned PS2 game broken?

At least every other game works...

curious, next time make sure the games in the case, or else you could get screwed.
