By the way Mr Poxpower would it be possible in the future to have a contest without the "NO PHOTOS / PHOTO MANIPULATION" rule.
Whilst working on my idea I was thinking how great it would be to have tken original phototgraphs and made a photo-realistic image. I meant you could just say that all photos involved have to be taken FOR the contest or something. A proper in depth hours of work put in phototshop image is what I'm trying to get at. Just an idea :3

The key to succeeding at mk3 and umk3 or any fighting game in general is knowing character tiers. Your best bet in UMK3 would be learning the ins and outs of Human Smoke. Select robot smoke and hold down Back, high punch, block, high kick, run before the match and he'll turn into human smoke. Human Smoke's ability to juggle opponents in the air is one of his deadliest attributes. An opponent not expecting his quick hick kick, down high punch combo can be juggled into an 11-hit combo for major damage especially in corners. That brings us to another topic: cornering your opponent.

Wonder if it's better to work on a game that you played or haven't played so you either know what you shouldn't do, or you have no idea what to do in the first place.

I have a vague concept of what I'm going to do. And I gaurantee you I'm doing a video game back from the Nintendo days that's somewhat obscure, but the possibilities with it are endless.

It has to be fan art of the actual game like you were really trying to make something about the game but failed miserably.
