What to do with a old PS2?

Well, I don't play my PS2 that much and its just been sitting in a corner of my room ever since I got a 360. My PS2 is going to die soon anyways (it has white dots all over the screen and is very, very old.) I discovered how cool it could be taking apart your old stuff and making knicknacks and shit with them.

Today, I took apart my broken PS2 controller and took out the thing that makes it rumble and a smaller version of the qoute "rumbler", then I took out the wires from the cord, stripped them, got a couple batterreis (SP?) and made them spin outside the controller :D. I figured if I could do that with a controller, what could I do with my actual PS2?

I feel like modding it somehow, even I just learned how to strip and connect wires and stuff today. Any ideas on what I should do with it?

Also keep in mind that i'm on vacation and i'm at my aunts right now and her husband is like an expert at this stuff. Also, my PS2 is the slim kind. Also (again), I didn't know if this belonged in the Video Games section, but meh.

ON TOPIC:
I've been pondering this question a while for myself as I have three old PS2's (Non-slim) laying around. I still use them, but only for the classic racing games, and I have a PS1 for those anyways. So I have arrived at the point where I am going to disect them and an old laptop that I have, and attempt to make a computer out of the case, disc tray, and the internals of the laptop. This is sort of like killing two birds with one stone, because the powersupply for the laptop took a shit on me, and that's why I no longer use it, and I only use one of the PS2's anyways.

I have no idea what i'm going to do with the other extra one that I have. Maybe put take the internals out of a spare car amplifier that I have, and put it in my car for that purpose. It would definitely be something different. Or better yet put the internals for a bass capacitor in it, seeing as how I don't already have a bass cap at the moment.
