I call him or her Peep. It gets overly excited on everything, and plays on Newgrounds almost 24/7. Please tell me your review and a suggestion. I was thinking an NG shirt....what do you think.

I think it's awesome.
You should email Tom and ask him to put it on a t-shirt in the store. If he doesn't reply the first time just send a few hundred emails to him about it, because man, you've got some real talent there.

This would be suited better in the Art Forum.
As for the picture itself, it's nothing impressive. I'd say try practicing by adding more detail and shading because it's very simplistic.
