well, that was a fun meetup. So here's what happened
I arrived at the Convention at 10:30 AM, like I said. I went inside to trade in my admission slips for a wrist band thing, and then went outside to look for users. after about 5 minutes of waiting, Parlux runs up to me and we shook hands. from the point on he focused 75% of his time on my sister, Rachel. Anyways, We went back inside and Parlux was pissed that Grub still hadn't shown up. So we call Grub and he doesn't answer. Then I get a Text from Nathan, the awesome dude making the Newgrounds Documentary, and met up with him. So we went back inside to find a place to do an interview for parlux and me and then as I turn the corner, I see Gory-Blizzard. He was just standing there and I was like " Gory? ". He never smiled once.
So eventually Grub calls me back and says he couldn't find us so he left. WTF! so we tell him to get his ass back here. he calls me like 20 minutes later and we find him in the lobby. YAY. So then we go back upstairs to the Convention again and do all of our interviews. Gory didn't want to do one for some reason. Then we went to look around at the convention, met some Porn Stars, a guy from star wars *the dude Vader chocked in the original trilogy* , and some other people. Parlux and Rachel were freaking out when they saw some hot girl from a show called " The flavor of love " I think. anyways, My sister went and talked with other porn stars and became best friends with this asian one. I got an autographed picture from a really really hot porn star named Jackie.
We started to get bored and decided to take some funny pictures * posted below * which took up maybe 20 minutes in total. Then my sister said she needs to go get a porno comic for a friend, which she never found, and then we ran into ChocEliteBar. I only knew he was a newgrounder from his T-Shirt and then found out his name. he didn't wanna be in an interview.
after that, we went to a BORDERS and chilled there in the anime section. Grub reading Naruto, me and parlux chattin, and Gory just standing there. We got into a conversation of Super Aids and Swine flu and scaring people on the elevator. Parlux is a funny guy in person. So around 4ish My sister wanted to go home and Nathan had already left. We eventually lost ChocEliteBar somehow. So we all went our seperate ways. I got on a train, Parlux and Grub got on a subway, and Gory walked home.
all in all, that was a pretty fun day, and I think that was an okay 1st NYC meetup. * FUCK YOU POOZY!*
