Make a picture that's in a square: 100x100 pixels. If it's too big I'll have to crop it or resize it.

Excuse me but with the bio pick, I have CS4 and it matches the most appropriate height with the width that you put in and vice-versa. So what should I do here? The only sizes it will let me do is 100X82 or 122X100.

Well, if you're making your flash in CS4, you'll have to save it as a CS3 document, and send that to someone with CS3 and they have to put it into flash 8, cause I'm using Flash 8,
but about the pic, in flash 8, not sure about CS4,

there should be a small picture of a lock beside where you can change the height and width, and if you click that you can make both whatever you want.
