Well, I saw your post, took the survey, came back to the front page a few minutes later and saw that it was gone. It got me thinking though...maybe you could set up the survey within NG. For example, you could set it up on a user's account page, similar to how the monthly voting process works. Or maybe you could just make a separate page on the website dedicated to these kinds of surveys. Just some ideas...
