posting a job within rules

Hi,
I need someone who can create a flash video for me. I may be remembering wrong but I thought there was a specific forum where jobs are posted. I wanted to check whether I can post a job (if this is allowed) and what forum to use before I upset anyone.

If you want to collaborate with someone on a Flash, then you should look in the Flash forum, however people probably won't take kindly to you asking to make an animation for them. If you have a talent that you could use to contribute to collaborating with other users on animations or games, then you should be able to present that to others with no problem.
