How do you record the audio output in Audacity. I really need to know.

Also if you could also tell me how to do this in Adobe Soundbooth too.

Your soundcard has to support recording audio out in order to use the feature in either of the programs. In audacity, go to preferences>recording device and change the recording device drop down (should say something like MIC or line in l/r) to whatever your soundcard refers to as audio out (creative tend to call it What U Hear, others sometimes call it line out). You can probably do the same in any other recording software if you can find the settings.
