Dr. Margaret Chan (Director of the WHO, World Health Organization) just announced at a press conference that the H1N1 Influenza A strain (Dubbed "Swine Flu") is now a pandemic, and that all countries should prepare for a second wave/more infected.
Are you afraid of the flu, or do you think it's pure fucking bollocks?

Pfft. The swine flu is no more dangerous than any regular strain of flu.
Just because it's a pandemic doesn't mean we're all screwed. Most of those infected so far have recovered without any medical treatment at all.

Personally, I find it slightly "Meh". It's not that dangerous, although it is the first of its kind in Humans, meaning we take more damage from it. Usually, we got PART of a flu in our body from the last strain we got - This time, we have none. Practially, it's pedalling at us full force.
Still, Tamiflu cures it if the shit truly hits the fan (Something I doubt it will.)

You should be careful as how uou interpret it.
They call it a pandemic, which might just be neutrally a pandemic and they say a new wave might spread, which might also be the truth.
It's not because they call it a pandemic that they mean everyone will die.

NO SHIT
Anyway, I'll take this pretty serious. But though this is a pandemic, it's not nearly as lethal as the avian flu. It's not even as widespread as the normal flu, nor has it killed as many people.
