Seen on the 711chan.org front page a footage of a cat being held struggling underwater, couldn't watch more than a few seconds but I suppose I know how it ends. I would beat that scum to a pulp, anyone know more about this?

This video's old. It's from a foreign film sent to a film festival. The creator was filmed drowning a cat and in their country it doesn't really matter.

If you think about it actually:

#1. It is not known whether killing the cat was necessary, but I highly doubt it was.
#2. Making it suffer like that? The fastest possible way to kill a cat would still be making it suffer considering it's dead without cause or reason.
