It all depends on what grade of hydrogen peroxide you ingested, and in what quantity.

However, hydrogen peroxide can be safe for consumption in low concentrations, and has even been used to treat or prevent diseases in animals.

Small amounts of hydrogen peroxide are relatively harmless but outside of a medical setting there is little way to know how strong what you ingested was. Take whatever it was that you drunk with you to the hospital, and they'll be able to look it up there.

Expect a (very unpleasent) charcoal based drink to dilute it, or (even more unpleasant) stomach pumping.
