Well, TsimFuckus is a guy on Youtube who has a rare, deadly disease called Progeria.

He's 16, and the normal age that people with Progeria die is 14..

He posts videos, and dicks still make fun of him and call him ugly.
Here's one of the worst comments i've seen..

What he posts on youtube might not exactly be "Nice" , either.. but how could people still have the nerve to post mean shit to this guy?

There are articles, blog posts, comments about this. A simple Google search would reveal it was a fake alt. If you're just "following the account name" then feel surprised when someone points out your mistake.
