I honestly don't think it's ever been done. I mean, they pierce lips, tongues, backs, etc. But fat? That's like piercing your liver.

I doubt it's done intendingly, but I'm sure some fat chicks have gotten their belly buttons pierced, which is basically the same thing. Other than that, unless it was simply to pierce a fat roll with a bar piercing, they'd be dermal anchor style, which wouldn't be that bad.
