Im having the hardest time in the world trying to combine Both left and right hand to form a song. 1 handed is easy but I was wondering if anyone else in here plays piano. Are you supposed to Play both sets of notes simultaneously or one after another... For example The James bond theme Or better yet My immortal by evanescence. I cant tell if he plays 2keys at once or one after another at 3:00. Heres site of a tutorial what im talking about http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2D0mfXoT kY

Dunno, I just hit shit with my fingers.
But really, If you want to learn how to play, learn to read the music, the notes etc, dont just go by knowing where to hit shit, once you can throughly read music more easily then you can pretty much play anything with practice.
On another note, heres me smashing keys with my fingers.
Because that's all ill amount up too.
Check out my music my music music

I think i remember like G was a dot in between two lines =

Doubt it, Check a library if they have anything on piano instruction, manuals, sheetmusic etc, note diagrams and stuffs.
Of course if you know someone who plays you could ask.

Yes, to be good you have to be able to do two different rhythms with each hand.

This is why I don't use the piano, I make music with my keyboard, every time something on the computer, it's music to my ears.

Well, youtube tutorials don't work for everyone first off. Sometimes it's easier to get the sheet music and learn it for yourself. I've been playing piano for about a year now and it's the hardest thing to get my two hands to cooperate with eachother. It's time consuming yes but it's worth it when it all finally comes together.

A tutor would be far better than trying to learn by yourself.
Just fucking listen to it.

You can still learn by yourself. I mess around and it doesn't sound too bad, and I know some people who play really well but don't have a tutor.
The left and right hand thing comes after a while. To some people keeping 2 beats is natural. It was hard for me but after a while I can get it a lot better than before.
