CAUTION- this can cause a medical condition known as hypomania, consisting of a severely elevated mood, rambling thoughts, and destructive behaviour.
1. Do not sleep for one night. If you cannot do this, then only get 3 hours of sleep. Do not consume any stimulants to keep you awake. You gotta do this yourself for your brain to release the good stuff (dopamine).
2. The next day you will be tired as fuck and may feel slightly wired. Wait a little while, try and fight off the sleepiness. Then, consume a LARGE dosage of caffeine.
3. Your thoughts will start rambling, youll get euphoria, and will be tweaked most of the day. Do not do this if you are suspectible for bipolar disorder or schizo otherwise youll go off the deep end.

Why this works: Your brain increases the amount of dopamine (a natural amphetamine like chemical) when you deprive yourself of sleep and try and force yourself awake in order to keep you awake as a survival mechanism. Now, consuming caffeine inhibits adenosine which is released when your tired. Adenosine inhibits dopamine excitability.
IN SIMPLE TERMS- your sleep deprived brain increases its dopamine to stay awake, the caffeine milks the extra dopamine and adrenaline out across your synapses and it produces an effect comparable to amphetamine intoxication.
To get best results only consume the caffeine the following day and not at nighttime to keep yourself awake. You want to put your brain under the stress of trying to stay awake in order for it to secrete dopamine. Then, the following day when your tired/hyper, you can consume the caffeine which will take you to that sweet spot.
