New Apartment

I sold the rights to Dailytoons to a South African distributor, who have been airing it on television. From the royalties, I make enough money to afford a nice studio for my girlfriend and I in Manhattan's Upper East Side! We moved in yesterday. We're still having the appliances put in, and I think we have a dish washer coming, and we have to furnish a lot of it. But now I can say I've lived in 3 boroughs of New York City! (Queens (born), Brooklyn (raised), Manhattan (live/work))
