Newgrounds Level system breakdown

Okay so all of us NG'ers know about the level system.
I took it upon myself to break down just how long it would take to get to level 60 by submitting your points every single day of the year. Here is what i got,
365 days a year
10 points a day
1 year = 3,650 (Level 19)
2 years = 7,300 (Level 26)
3 years = 10,950 (Level 32)
4 years = 14,600 (Level 37)
5 years = 18,250 (Level 41)
6 years = 21,900 (Level 45)
7 years = 25,550 (Level 48)
8 years = 29,200 (Level 52)
9 years = 32,850 (Level 55)
10 years = 36,500 (Level 58)
10 years 214 days = Level 60 - Newgrounds God
but this is ONLY if you deposite your points every single day

now im unsure if anyone has taken the time to do this math before but holy shit.....
why in the blue hell should it take 10 years and 214 days to be level 60 when one can become supreme commander in about a year?!?!

i did the math on this by doing 20pts a day and that seemed a little extreme but reasonable....
what does everyone else think of this?

Yeah, we know. There's other things to do besides gaining EXP, though.

You can get some blam and protection points, review some submissions, or gain some medals from those games that feature them. And there's always the BBS.

In short, yeah it takes a shitheap of time to get to level 60, so just enjoy your stay here and don't focus on that one goal, if it is indeed your objective on Newgrounds.

well my point is who in their right mind (no offense) is going to stay on here for 10 years minimum and be that fucking dedicated?!?!?!?! UNLESS they are an admin, affiliate, mod, staff ect.

Well, perhaps the points isn't the only thing that's keeping people here on Newgrounds. I mean, why wouldn't someone be a regular on Newgrounds for 10 years? I mean, the points system is here to keep people coming everyday, but so is the BBS, the flash portal, and all the other stuff that's here, and it works. I've been coming here for 3 years now, and I'm unlikely to stop any time soon.

Maybe the context of what I was saying was lost on you. It was an answer to your question. Let me spell it out for you:

The reason you would spend ten years depositing exp. every day is to show your commitment to Newgrounds as well as indicating that, in going to the same site for ten years every day, you have nothing better to do with your time and seriously need a life.

Damn shame really, I did'nt even care about the voting system for about my first 2 years on NG or I would be in the high 40's by now. Oh well!

But as for making Supreme Commander in 1 year, NOT LIKELY, that would require true dedication and some serious sleep depravation, considering thats just over 82 correct votes per day, so its more likely to be about 2 years at least, and even then you would be going some.

When I first joined NG, it would've took me over 60 years to get to level 29 (second highest level back then)... Level 30 was virtually unreachable to anyone except two users.

Even though 10 years is a long time, it sure beats the requirements the levels had back then... besides, depositing exp doesn't take too long; less than a minute considering you vote on your favorite flashes ;).

Well why wouldn't it be so far away? I mean I doubt the admins want fifty or more Level 60s running around. Besides, it adds to the mystique of it all if there's only one person who has Level 60 which there will be in about a year or so if pimp doesn't miss many deposits.
