Almost all famous electronic musicians use copyrighted samples.

I want to make that.

But nobody will see it.

Why ng? Why?

This. You buy the samples, and are given a lifetime license to use them in your own projects. Not download them illegally off the net.

Umm, it's exactly the same thing. They go to whatever company or individual owns the rights to the song and they basically say "Hey, I'd like to sample this!" and they pay a fee to get a limited license to use it in their music. That's just how it is man. Though you can use stuff that's in the public domain (Usually old stuff. I forgot the age cutoff that it becomes public domain.), or use it under the fair use clause, but I don't know the specifics of that one.

NG has the rules set up for obvious reasons. There's no reason to sit and be upset about it. Try making music without copywrited clips.

Keep in mind the concept of fair use. You can sample copyrighted works and release it as your own under a (very strict) set of conditions.
