The Columbian wormtail has to be the most vicious as well as cunning insect known to mankind. With it's wormlike tail it lures it's unsuspecting prey closer till they are in the range of his hind legs. It then stings it's prey with the small hook on its hind leg, which is covered in the poison from his glands (located between the 2nd and 3rd segment). This extraodinarily concentrated poison enables the Wormtail to kill even small birds.

Despite it's size and fearsome look it's actually a herbivore. It uses it's scythes to cut down trees and his stinger actually injects the trees with a substance that makes them softer and digestible.
