I use one strip once in a while, and it helps out... I mean, why do people want bone white teeth? Just have it the same shade of the whites of your eyes.

My teeth look great because I will bleach them for a few minutes every month. (maybe an hour or less.)
They're white, but not so white that they seem to have a blue sheen...

plus, the toothpastes are great... they remove all the surface stains and help things out...

I heard that rubbing your teeth with orange peels ( The white inside part) can help brighten your teeth. But I agree with previous posters, brushing regularly is obviously the best way.

Yeah but the best idea is that before your teeth rotten, you should brush your teeth, like many people already said. But if I ever get this far, I should try this. I don't think I'll get to this though.
