Speaking for every single english person in existance we're generally split into two groups.

1: We like you and think people shouldn't stereotype.

I can't answer that, because there are too many different nations and cultures on the CONTINENT of America.

Since you seem to be talking about the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA however, I will answer your question. Your country seems to have the biggest ego there is. Every single US citizen I've ever held a conversation with thinks his nation is the creme de la creme of political and military might and that that gives them the reason to be the world police. Even though they ARE currently the strongest military in the force, it does NOT give them a right to play world police, let alone BRAG about it.

Other than that, the average US person is just as stupid as any other citizen, apart from those Middle-East mongrels.

I live in the US, I'm a little over weight but I exercise. You should see this one guy manager at my job, Its McDonalds (only job available sadly) and he is so fat that you can't really walk "around" him when behind the counter. I'm not joking.

I'm an American and a Scotsman so this may or may not apply to me. But I have to say that Americans are for the most part good people. They're guilty of nothing except indulgence. They're no better or worse than French people, Sweedish people, or Spanish people.
