Clearing save games for flash games

Hey, I have a question about some flash games and how they save files. I noticed even after clearing temp files and everything I still have the files saved.

Specific reason: I unlocked a Medal on Shift 4 and for one reason or another it didn't transfer to my account. Now when I play the game it says I've already unlocked it and I suspect thats why it won't pop-up. Even if this isn't the problem with Shift 4, I would still like to know how to clear them.

No its the complete the Hard classic levels, I got the Medal Get pop-up and I closed the game. This morning I noticed in-game it says I earned it but on my Userpage and on the game page it is still locked.

I think they use cookies.
