I'm being picked on in class.

So I was sitting there in class, minding my own business when my Spanish teacher came up to me and was handing back tests.
He handed over mine, put in on the desk, and told me I had something on my desk, like a splotch of something. I looked down and he ran his finger across my face, like when someone says, "you got something on your shirt."
Figuring that can't be good, I look at the test I had just gotten back. F., plus a, "Mike is gay" written on it in red ink. Even worse, I have to show my parents this.
Right now, I'm fuming at my teacher. I have no idea what the hell he is doing, but it gets worse when he says, "We're going to do a group activity quiz now."
He told everybody who got above an F to form a group at the left side of the room. Everybody goes to the left side excpet me, and I just stand there at my desk like an idiot, since I was not told to go anywhere, and I can't join that group.
Now chuckling loudly, my teacher tells the class that I should be given a quiz by the class He tells people in the other group to rapid-fire questions at me in and about Spanish. This is graded.
The people in the other group probably didn't feel too bad for me, considering that they looked in the book for answers to questions in chapters we had never gotten to. I answered almost all of them wrong, while my Spanish teacher laughed and laughed and laughed.
Finally, the bell run 2:25 and the period was over, but that didn't stop my teacher from tripping me while I was trying to rush out of that cursed class.
And I thought bullies were only students.

If this is true, then it's harassment and it's very serious. Your teacher calling you gay though? That's VERY serious and could easily get him fired. Tell your parents. They should, in turn, contact the school board.

I suggest you bring a video camera or tape recorder, and leave it on during Spanish. Do NOT make it obvious and ignore it the entire class, and do not bring attention to it when you arrive/leave. Gather evidence of him being a prick this way. Make a big thing out of it - organise a meeting with your parents and the principle. Show it to the principle then, and only then. He can't brush you off with your parents in the same room. That guy is a fuckhead and dosn't deserve to teach.

Actually, if he gets fired for discrimination and harassment, he'll likely NEVER find another teaching job again. In this economy, people are VERY picky about who they hire. Most schools aren't hiring at all right now. Many are actually CUTTING jobs.

This kid fails his spanish test because he doesn't study. Then, his usual ring of 3 or 4 bullies mock him for it. Seeking comfort because his parents don't understand him, he comes here and turns his day into something from Kim Possible, Hannah Montana or whatever the little tykes watch these days. When he's finally stopped fapping over the people telling him that he's got it bad, he'll go to bed and wake up looking for another way for people to feel bad for him.

Don't tell the Internet about this, ESPECIALLY Newgrounds. If this really is the case, than this is a very serious issue. It's a form of very serious harassment that your teacher is doing, and you should definitely think about getting your parents to talk to the school board about this matter. He can be looking at getting fired for sure, especially for the sexuality remark he made on your quiz paper.
