Is this a bug or something? Or is newgrounds advertising on their own site?

It's probably your web browser or the way that page was loaded. If NG really wanted to advertise its own website, it wouldn't have had an ad that looked like that.

I bet that there's a small bug in the system, or maybe it is a photoshop. Who knows..

Speaking of ads, I don't like how the games section is the only part of the site with ads on the top. If they do it there, why is it not anywhere else? I understand that Tom needs to make money, but I think it's unneeded.
