wipping something up for the symmetrythreadAs you should be! Depending on your light source I might say add a bit more darkness to them lips, but the shading overall is pretty ace in my book. I like how it isn't blended by smudging, but is still quite smooth. A very cool WIP!
happy with the lips, and quite happy with the shading on the nose cheeks.
Thanks, with it being symmetrical, the lightsource is somewhere straight in front of her, a bit higher than the comera/viewer probably... I initially overlooked the part about darkening the lips, its too late now though.
not happy with the shape of the and chin.I see what you mean, but I can't really pick out the problem in particular. I would say mess around with the length and width of the chin section on a separate layer til you get something you like.
I made both the chin and the nose a whole lot thinner, which definitely helped. I raised the chin a bit, and redrew the jawline. it looks a whole lot more feminine now.
Cool stuff cubey, I haven't looked through your thread in a little while, you're skills are really coming along!
Thanks man, you should definitely stop by more often, its always a pleasure having you around.
My fav on this page has gotta be COW 80, very dynamic and dark, followed closely by it's prey, the Mouse for the NDC.
Thats two very different drawings. actually, they might be the farthest apart of all drawings on this page. Which is a good thing, cause I like doing different things. It`s good to hear that I more or less pull it off.
anyways, heres the finished one.
