Impact of General Forum on Life

Now bear with me here, but what if there was NO General Forums?
How much do you think that would affect how much you get on the Internet? Would you ever visit the BBS? Even...dare I say it, never visit Newgrounds? And how would it impact Newgrounds as a whole?

I say this because the General forums generate more conversation than all the others combined, and notice just how many people really use it.

Guarantee the mods would rather like it gone ;)

I only ever go on youtube, facebook, and newgrounds. On NG I only go on general and clubs&crews. if it werent for general I probably wouldnt go on NG at all and just go on facebook instead to take up my time.

I'd come maybe once or twice a week for games, but not too often. The only forum I really use is General, every now and then I'll pop my head into VG, but not too often.

My friend who just sort of know about how I use the Newgrounds BBS say I've changed a bunch since I started using it, not necessarily better or worse, but I am more diverse and unique apparently. I know a lot more about world happenings.

I am always aware of current events, thanks to the general forum. I don't have cable right now, and when I do I don't watch the news anyways. ;)
