The third suit with the black and orange scheme seems like it would be the best. As for weapons, a combination of guns and swords is always cool, maybe two swords and two guns, or one sword and two guns or one sword and one gun. It kinda depends on what you're going for, like if he's gonna be sneaky or out in the open a lot. If sneaky, he should probably keep weapons to a minimum, like one of each, but if he's out in the open, then he should have two of each.
