Action Scripture Needed

Well, yeah, i'm making a game, but i suck at action Scripting. so i need an action scripter for it. Now i'm not demanding the world, i hope, but here are my requirements

Must Have
-------------------
*side scrolling 2-d level Scripting
*a charecter script that allows them to at least move, jump, and at least hurt enemies my jumping on top of them
*multiple charecter selection(not during game)
*boss sequences

Would Like
------------------
*unlocking charecters through beating stories
*Cheat code screen
*Difficulty alteration

that's all i can think of and i would apreciate it if you coukld complete all criteria, but it's not needed. it also will take a while because i haven't gotten too far, incase no-one will volunteer. Also, PLEASE do not just send me the script's, i'll e-mail you the file

you have gained the ability too travel the universes and control many characters(mario, duke nukem, sonic{so if it turns out he can be in a good game, no, i do not like any new sonic games}, ect. ect

i love that sketchy look in games that still looks a fair ammount good, and so that's how i'm making it

first i scan a hand drawn picture i've made and then i edit it (like color) in flash

and i'm going to probably put it at a t level if i put in the blood(cause i also like cute looking, but really gory games, like clubby the seal)
