You can't be allergic to water. Your body is 70% water, so you'd basically be allergic to yourself.
Where do you live? It could have something to do with the atmosphere?

Yeah you can, You get hives on your skin. Your skin could be the thing thats allergic to water. And even some types of ink in tattoos

It really is just personal taste. you just hate that type of weather to no end. and probobly wish it was warm and sunny instead of wet and soggy. Some people like the rain and hate the sun, some like winter and hate summer, some like the sun and hate the rain. And so on.

Well... air pressure could be a option and allergie.. no but you can indeed be allergic to rain because it's not pure water... I do hate when it's raining because my skin react to it. But I just think it's psychologic. Rain is depressing and maybe you had some crappy rainny day in your past.
