No, you can change your country, you can't change your race. And entire races don't do things that could make you hate them, individual people do, countries do too.

You can change your citizenship, but not where you were born. Like people with middle eastern origins and a CAnadian passport as well get shipped home to the ME where they havent been since age 2 by the United States.
