This is going to sound so much worse than it is, but here's what happened.

Back in the 2nd marking period ( months ago ) me and my friends at the lunch table were engaging in normal cafeteria conversation. Than, a hot girl walked by and I said jokingly "damn, I would rape her". Everyone got a kick out of this, so they asked me who else I would rape. I than went on to name random girls in the school. Every once in a while after that, they would ask if I had any new rape victims. And I would just say the first girl that came to mind. No big deal, just a minor joke.

So this happened months ago, but today one of my friends came up to me and said "I have to apologize, I might have let a girl know about your rape list". I just said fuck you, because he said she got the joke and it wasn't a big deal.

But, now today at LEAST 15 girls came up to me like "what is up with this list of yours?" or "Dude, what the hell". Everyone was really pissed off. Because the random girls I named on the list now know they were on the "list" and they started to get scared. Now I'm not like a weirdo or anything, so a lot of them understood it was just a joke.

But someone caught a wiff of it and went to the office. They called me down and we had a big discussion and shit of why it's wrong. I did my best to pursuade him it was just a joke, but he didn't care. So now I'm suspended for 2 weeks, out of school, and have sexual harrassment charges against me.

So yea, I'm like beyond fucked right now. Besides the legal trouble, every girl in the school now knows. So my chances of getting another girlfriend here are zero.

Sorry for block of text, but the story needed that much to go into the extent of how much I am fucked.

That's fucked up. I hate dicks who feel the need to be Mr. Hero and tell on someone even though it's obviously a joke, if I were you I wouldn't take it, fuck suspension just go to class and pretend like it all never happened. If they tell you to leave explain your case until until someone with a brain and a sense of humor hears you and try and go all out on this. It might not seem all that important, but if you really have a sexual harassment charge against you, especially over a joke you need to set your record straight before shit gets really fucked up.

I'd get new friends. People who don't have a sick sense of humor, like us (NG), sicken me.

When you get back, get social as hell and stand tall against the rumors. They'll take on a stance of "Thou protest too much" if you get defensive, so literally brush off any names or attempts at reviving the rumor.

Also, let your friends know, crystal clear, to grow the fuck up. Some might find it ironic, some might find that as a wake-up call...just kinda depends on your delivery, I suppose.

Don't throw away the rape list just yet.

I have a feeling it'll come in handy when you and your friends are locked together in the same jail cell accused of criminal intent to commit sexual assault.

Oh the drama of high school. Your classmates are retarded and so is your school. I love how people who have probably known you for your whole life or a reasonable amount of time just say "Oh, I never knew he was like that, better call the cops". They do however have a legal obligation to give you a psychological assessment if they think you're actually serious about rape.

This could have been avoided by you not saying "I'd rape her and her and her and her and her and her and her", but seriously, when I was in high school we threatened to kill each other all the time (Jokingly of course, everybody knew we were kidding around). You need to get your friends who were there to stand up for you.

You said there were sexual harassment charges. Who is charging you? The school? You said by and large your peers understood it was a joke. Whatever the case, bring out the big guns. Get a lawyer and treat this seriously, because if you are convicted of sexual harassment who knows how much that could fuck up your life. If I was in your shoes, I'd dig into my college fund, anything, to pay for a good lawyer. It's insane how much money stupid people could cost you.

If a female student is accusing you of sexual harassment, she ought to be reminded that you aren't responsible for her misunderstanding. Your school should probably listen to that, too.
