I know I do!
That's a great addition, thanks PG :)
Thanks for all your hard work you're putting into this :)
NG is already one of the best sites out there, but I love the fact that you guys want to improve it even more
The biggest issue I have with the new wide layout is not how the flash is displayed, but how the comments and text are now. I feel that its now spread out way too much, so its a little more tiresome to read.. Sites like Youtube and Deviantart keep their text contained within a small column even though their main content is quite large.
The best thing about it all though isn't particularly the wide aspect... but the fact flash movies are now in-line. I feel like thats something we've needed for ages... We could perhaps promote keeping the site tidy though, by emphasising the use of preloaders, and/or perhaps providing authors with a greater range of them?
Keep up the good work!
aww geez... i love you GUUUIIIZZZZZZZZ !!

I think you should be able to enable the movie again with the X button, not just the play button. And the play button itself looks seriously awful.

The nice thing about egotists is that they don't talk about other people.
Tom, Just wanted to let you know there is a minor glitch when its all loading. The screen seems to jump a bit with the actual movie/game then adjusts and the "play" screen comes up.
Just wanted you to know. Not sure if its me.

Very nice for those of us who use bitmaps in our flash. ;) Resizing leads to some ugly pixelation issues.
I had just posted about this issue to the "rev 1" thread, not realizing that it was already fixed... silly me.
But that bug isn't fixed yet. I am talking about when pressing the button which darkens the background, you must press "Back" as many times as you've pressed the button.
hey u guys should consider adding a pause button! that would be kick ass

That's impossible to do - flash games can't communicate with the site (giving medals is an exeption).
With these few simple changes from Mr. Goldfish, the wide layout is coming along very nicely.
Nice. I'm looking forward to the next updates.
The X was a neat addition, however you shouldent have given the offers the abilty to toggle wide on there flashes. now ALL of the thing-thing games witch just yesterday looked GLOURIOUS in wide cant we expanded.

Can you guys re add the reasons for a flash being its rating so we know if a flash contains nudity and if we should close it when our girlfriends walk in? Like have just a pop-up when you hover your mouse over the icon next to the title of the flash on its page?
I like that some flashes cant be expanded, some flashes really got fucked up when expanded.
Is this update Rob was talking about?
For my next trick, I will need a condom and a volunteer.

This solves the problems that I described in my last two posts. Thanks a lot!

I like it how it doesn't open up a new page (the flash file) so you can just scroll down if you can't see the entire thing.

All night long.
It's a nice idea, but I don't know if I like they idea.
Hopefully, you kept the "classic" way to viewing movies ^^;

Well, thanks for giving us to option to still view flashes in the classic lay-out. Because to be honest, I liked that one better.
Looking forward to the upcoming updates though.

With the portal preferences everything is much better, thank you.
But the Classic way doesn't work on my computer, there's no button to save changes.
I use Internet Explorer do you tthink the problem comes from there?
