There's NG store ads on Flash pages now... didn't you notice?
South Park reference? I don't watch it, so I wouldn't know.

I played a flash game before reading this, it was a very pleasant surprise. I give it a 5/5

Agreed, my wide monitor is showin lotsa empty space. Tom, i think you guys should have a "Wide" or "Classic" website layout option somewhere, that'd be cool.

Authors can now disable the resizing option via the edit form on each of their individual submissions.
Goldfish has also added an "X" button, which allows you to turn the Flash off at any time if you want it to stop playing.

Hey, you guys fixed the problems I pointed out in regards to the new layout. You've got my seal of approval on this now.
Well, that does look pretty cool, but I have a little doubt, that is the posibility to stretch the movie or game. Has anybody thought about how only vectors can be made bigger? I have seen some games and movies that use nice Photoshop or Painter made backgrounds, but when the user chooses to stretch the movie, only vectors stretch nicely, while Bitmaps loose a lot of quality, the only way to solve this that I can think of is requiring the artist to make a higher dpi, which can be a pain in the ass if the movie's backgrounds are made in photoshop, and I think that the artist wouldn't be exactly comfortable seeing the quality of his backgrounds totally ruined, has anybody thought of the posibility to allow the artist to choose how much he or she wants it to be stretched?

I really don't want to...
I feel it necessary to point out that the new wide layout has some issues on a few browsers.
The gray text explaining the functions of the dim lights, etc. buttons does not show up in IE8, Opera 9, Chromium 2.0.182.0 (Webkit 531.0) or even Firefox 3 in my tests. Also, the dim/restore lights button is completely nonfunctional on IE8.
Also, there are problems with empty ad boxes covering up other content when an ad-blocker is running.
A notable exception to all of these issues is the rendering of SRWare Iron 2.0.178.0 (Webkit 530.9) and Google Chrome 3.0.182.2 (Webkit 531.0), both of which display everything perfectly, even with ads blocked.
Feel free to PM me for more details.
We probably CAN take over a small country at this rate. Who's with me?
I love Street Fighter. obviously.
I have a sneaking suspicion that PsychoGoldfish has just been trapped in a cubicle huddled over his computer for 48 hours... while doing a line of coke every 20 minutes or so ;) Good job with the constant updates, sir.

OVER 9000 YEARS.
BITCH.
the X is good, but is there any way to actually pause the flash? or is that something only the author can put in?

I want to suck your dick.
Hey Mister! Put a little more mustard on that mustard!!!
How many updates until we get this perfect?
I'm sure it's not that hard to make the play button look a bit less horrificly ugly...
Other than that, NICE!
this shit keeps getting better
still waiting on some more news about the related submissions, I think I'll give it like a week and see what comes up

Somehow you forgot to mention the most important part of update # 2 which is the introduction of description labels of each buttons function. It may seem like a minuscule and irrelevant addition at first glance, but when by chance someone who is unfamiliar with the site comes along to view a flash movie on the awesome new wide layout which they're not going to know is new, they're going to know what each button's function is instantly.. Unless they're TOTALLY RETARDED. :3
YAY
Hey like the new look, just wondering what happened to the box that used to tell if the video or game had adult themes or language in it, it was always nice knowing how the video or games is rated before watching it.

No they're not, it's just a little bit different now.. By default, it will not automatically play flash with mature content. All submissions also have a little rating logo on the top left.
LIKE THIS: A FOR ADULT
But I can see how you guys missed this, maybe they'll play with it a bit.
