The tops aren't really indicative of overall quality, in most people's opinion.

It's impossible to argue that there is a lot of underrated music on the portal.

your song doesn't need to be good to get top 30, it just needs to be popular and as for the zero voters, yeah they basically vote 0 or 1 for no reason most of the time

No, the latter don't exist. No-one on the portal gives a 1 on a submission. That would just be plain obvious one-bombing. :P
