My main concern is the Other Flash You May Like.
If there was a way that the aritst could manually put flashes there, that's be better.

Thats a sweet idea. It should have the Author name and a link to their profile too if they want user pages to become more viewed.

There are two flaws here, both minor.
1: What if a game/movie menu has music and no mute button? It means I can't...
2: Play multiple games at once with all the sounds exploding in the background.

Because I looked over at the side of one of my pixel collabs and was like, "I HATE all these movies." haha

I was thinking of maybe putting like other pixel collabs/flashes or other flashes of that same type of genre of humor.

I had mixed feelings about this because the "things you might also enjoy" side bar on my favorite movies are filled with stuff that I don't really like, but since you say that eventually it will have more proper things then I can dig the new layout

Not in the slightest.

I think the author has a better idea what others may like than the automated system.

I like it, but i liked how before you had to click *Play This Game* before it pops up. And the design is a little odd.

i don't like this new layout, maybe because i feel that the flash is on the wrong side?
instead of the flash being on the left side of the page try it on the right side, to me it feels like it should be on the righthand side because that's kind of the same layout as it was before.
plus with this new layout, some of the flashes aren't working properly, most noticably, play buttons, especially flashes that use AS2, the play(); funtion on buttons stop working

You should read Tom's post hon:
'The "Related Content" info needs to re-populate with proper results. Until then you will see a lot of content that doesn't feel very related... The end result should be much better.'

I think having the author decide what is related is stupid. You would just end up plugging your own shit wether its related or not, and it would ruin the point of having collections and giving regular users the power to make associations. The whole idea behind things you might like, is that based on feedback from other users who've been searching viewing similar movies. We may as well not even have userpages if youre going to steer every entry page yourself.

I like clicking on things in the recommended area for the sake of watching something id enjoy that perhaps i wasnt familiar of. Hidden gems. Not movies i can find by going to your userpage.

I see the room for abuse, but frankly not everyone would do that.

I disagree, you have control over your userpage, you can specify your favorite movies, games, authors, music etc. Its yours.

The movie page is you at the mercy of the public, you are on a soapbox. Anyone can come in and leave their review/vote, they can decide the fate of your movie (blam/save), they should also have influence over where your movie fits in the context of the site. I've never noticed it being ABNORMALLY incorrect. You just gotta step back, trust the system and be comfortable with a world where not everything you interact with you are going to be in control of. :D

I actually like this, but I do think that it looks a bit unorganized.
