The Last Guardian makes me want to have a PS3. I loved Shadow of the Colossus.

At first there was no games.

Now I'm unable to keep track.

Well, there was previously a pulse sensing device released in Japan for the N64, and it was used for a Tetris game. The higher your pulse, the faster the pieces dropped. Apparently, it sold okay, so Nintendo will probably find other ways to use a person's pulse.

Like the track parts in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games...

Survival horror game that monitors your pulse/heartrate. The higher your heartrate, the more difficulty you have aiming weapons, your character's vision becomes impaired, in-game movement and reflexes are temporarily hightened, stamina is drained more quickly, etc.

Basically, Eternal Darkness 2. Or something.

God of War III looks even better than I could have ever thought.

It's still a long way off though. Sad face.

God damn I hate how often he says "only possible on PS3". It's been proven by that the company WHO MADE THE CHIPS that the consoles have almost no difference between them. GoW3 looked sweet.

sony rapped nintendo and microsoft this year

God of War III looks pretty bad ass, but I don't know if it's enough to convince me to buy a PlayStation 3. If the PS3 gets a price drop in the future then I may buy one, but for now I'm still not convinced that it's worth the money.

That would be intense I would love to see them do something like that and make Eternal Darkness 2, the craziness of the first Eternal Darkness would work better if you were actually feeling it IRL.

I didn't see the Nintendo Press Conference but I'm reading about the games that they announced and they seem pretty fucking cool, two new Mario games that both look ace. New Metroid and Motion Plus with Red Steele sounds badass, granted though I don't know how well motion plus works so I have yet to make a final judgment. Also their are a lot of other great games coming out for the Wii so it's looking pretty bright for Nintendo's future.

Microsoft and Sony had great conferences.

Nintendo was just...bad. They could have shown more info on plenty of other games. Pokemon Gold and Silver for one. Considering Pokemon appeals to casual gamers as well as hardcore gamers I was expecting at least a new video.

Good show MS and Sony. I was impressed.

I still like the PlayStation 3 more than the Xbox 360, but I think Microsoft had a better press conference. Sony's could have been better if they didn't talk so much about the PSP.

Pokemon pretty much sells itself though, it doesn't need to be shown off. I would much rather hear about the new Kingdom Hearts and Mario RPG than the new Pokemon game.

I havnt watched nintendo's(I had school) but for me Sony's conference won it. I suppose it is because shooters bore me and I don't have a phobia of controllers. Plus the new footage of Trico and FF!3 and NEW FF!4!!!!!

I've never understood why people think God of War is so great.

Visually, God of War 3 looked AMAZING but that was the only thing that impressed me.

Managed to see the second half of the Sony conference. I'm trying to see the Nintendo one, but when it finishes loading (after around twenty minutes) it goes to another video automatically. I've loaded it twice now, so tell me when it actually works.
