Nose bleed

Heh, I was just checking my email and then I noticed that there are some blood coming out from my nose... And I didn't even bump it.

Kinda strange, I think I should take a nap right now, no?

I've heard that spontanious nose bleeds are a sign of good health? Although i'm not certain this is true.
I heard its a way of your body getting rid of excess blood?
I'd just stick a tissue up my nose for 10 minute, and carry on...?

If things get complex I would recommend seeing a doctor. It would be stupid to let something strange ride but I think itll improve.

I have random knose bleeds too, I just pintch my nose then run it under some water.
It ussualy goes away after that.

I woke up with a nose bleed every morning for a few days once. It died down , and I think it was down to violent as fuck dreams or just air pressure or something like my mum thought it was.

I get nosebleeds when i drink excessively, usualy while asleep, i once woke up with my headphones on the ground and my night stand tipped over, and blood all over my mouth and pillow, so im guessing it is from thrashing around while sleeping,

yours could just be caused by dry air or changing weather for all i know... if you drink heavily, then that is a likly culprit,

I heard that you get them from sinus problems and allergies.
Oh and btw, don't tilt your head back! The blood will drain down your throat.

Could have happened randomly, happens to me sometimes, just pinch your nose closed and hold your head back and you should be fine
