Yes but its like why would they need the nuke? Threating weak countrys because they have dangerous weapons? Probably not the lower 48 states but it is likely they can get to the Alaska Peninsula or at least the outer Aleutian Islands

They have the same capability of bringing a convoy of ships here equipped with launchpads and flying it the rest of the way, though they'd probably be detected long before they could without planes that can't be detected by radar.
