chinese or indian food?

I know a lot of british like indian and I have had some thought that americans like chinese but what do most NGers like? Neither is an option aswell (and maybe state a different popular food that you like)

Well, to keep with the tradition of your topic, I am an American and I love Chinese and hate Indian. There's an Indian store across the street from where I live and even the fumes of the curry make me want to throw up.

england only likes indian food because they were stuck with it for so long [i guess you could say that about mericans and chinese food]

but ALL the asian foods are good, and indian food, i think...sucks. my favorites probably thai food, because of the spice, but chinese/jappenese is good too, who doesnt like general taos?

Between the two I would choose Indian, however neither Indian nor Chinese are at the top of my foreign food hierarchy.

Well I like italian, chinese, indian, mexican....

But I like indian the best (but I can understand that the fumes from a resturant stink)

It's a tough decision. I'm gonna choose Chinese food because I'm much more familiar with it. Still, Indian food.. Holy crap, I try a few food items and already, I'm amazed.

I say Chinese... it's sweet and not all that spicy. although I need to try Indian food, give it a chance... I'd probably find something I like.

Never had real indian food.

But I like chinese a lot (though more the basic stuff like nasi goreng with prawns)

Mexican is high ranked, also with me.
