Has anyone here seen it?

Me and a couple of friends are debating what to do tonight, and were all big fans of the "Terminator" movies. But I heard somewhere that is wasn't that good.

Anyone have an opinion? I don't want to waste my money..

It's ok, though I feel it lacks the same charisma as T3. It is still very very good, and if you want to go see it, I wouldn't say something like...

It's not the best movie in the Terminator series, but it's a pretty decent movie to go watch at the very least. Christian Bale wasn't that great as John Connor, but Marcus' plot is interesting and worth watching. Plus Kyle Reese is in it, and CGI Arnold makes an appearance as well.

I would see it if I was a huge Terminator fan, but it's one of those movies where I personally would've waited for DVD or onDemand instead of going to the movie theater.

A ticket is like 8 bucks, it wont set you back THAT much.

Yea, I might just suck it up and see it. Despite some negative things I have been hearing, it still must be a good movie. They were just expecting a lot considering the greatness of the other 3 movies.

Actually it does have Arnold. He's CGI but it looks real, and exactly like him.

Salvation is way better than T3 and is definitely worth watching if you're a fan.The story will be strange if you have read the comics and the novels.Don't expect a James Cameron movie, this movie has a different feel to it as far as script writing goes.

Also..The acting is kinda iffy, but the action and CGI makes up for it.Overall its a good movie.Just don't go into the theater expecting a movie based off of the first war scene in T2.

Hai guyz, now we can go see the film with a complete sense of security knowing 2hot2rock enjoyed it.

I haven't seen it but not surprisingly I've heard some good things about it. If you liked the last few why not go see it? It'll probably turn out to be the best 12 bucks you ever spent.

Is there really anything else out to rival that?

The Cinemassacre (A.K.A. James Rolfe, or the AVGN) seems to have a pretty good feeling for the movie.

The story's somewhat disappointing. Not as good as the others Terminator movies.

I just got back from it and didn't think it was too bad. I've only seen parts of the other movies though.
