Whatever. The kids not getting a sex change and he probibly wont until he's at least in his late twenties. There are still rules about what qualifies someone for a sex change... I forget what they're called though and I don't feel like looking it up.
This is probibly what the kids going to do, they will most likely take androgen blockers to post pone puberty for a short little while, spend two or three years talking to a psychiatrist and if everything seems like it's in order then they'll take actual female hormones.
I'd guess they'd probably start taking the hormones when they turn eighteen, but it could be a couple years sooner than that. Than they'll spend the next eight to ten years transitioning until they finally get the final procedures.
They will be forced to pay thousands of dollars so I'm sure that if they really wanted this they'd have to do well in school and get a well paying job. And the expenses will help fuel our economy. So if you want to save the economy, get a sex change.
