Save + load seems pretty damn handy, I'd have to go with it.
However, if no-one had of said that yet, I'd have said Ctrl + F, I've actually looked for Ctrl + F in real life when I've lost something.

I tried to CTRL + S my homework once. I took my pinky, and placed it on the bottom of the sheet, and with my index finger I tried to press 'S'. It was weird.
