Hi, I stumbled across this website called http://www.clean-oem.com/
It offers a great variety of products at incredibly cheap prices. Such as Adobe Flash CS3 for only $99.90!!
Or Autodesk 3ds Max 2008 for $139.90!
But I want to know, is this some kind of scam or fake? And is this even legal?
The site claims to be a "Microsoft - Gold Certified Partner", has a "VeriSign", is a "C|Net Certified Partner" and is an "Adobe Certified Partner". All this seems good, but is there any ways to check if it is actually true?
And are there any limitations on the softwares it provide, such as only being a Student Learning Version, Demo or other?
Please help, I'm really into these offers, but I fear that it is fake. I really need your help!

Pretty much, anything on the internet that offers things at a cheaper price than the original is a scam.
I don't give it money, and it doesn't give me money. That's the relationship I have.

I wouldn't trust it. It doesn't even show up on Google.

It should be fine, but I'd recommend buying your OEM's from the original company.

Well, I've certainly never heard of this site. Also, it doesn't appear on Google, which is never a good sign. How can they sell the product for so much less than the company can? There's something odd about that.
Personally, I would not trust the site. If you want to, go right ahead. But don't be surprised if it gives you a link to a torrent. There's something unusual about Clean-OEM. As for those certificates (Microsoft Gold Certified, etc.), they're not that hard to steal / copy or buy.
I wouldn't go for it, but you may go right ahead.

Does no one ever bother to read the faq's?
"1. Why does your software is cheaper then the original software?
That's all because we offer only copies of license versions.
This mean that you will not receive any printed documents (license or instruction) - just files and instruction in notepad's format, any special packages and will not be able to register this software online. All updates (for most of the software) are available for you. The software that we sell is bought primarily at the auctions and from the companies that have run out of business."

Just find a local OEM resaler near you. When you buy on the net its ify. You want to be able to see the actual product & make sure it is the part it is supposed to be. Plus if it's local you can take it back if there's a problem.
I know of one reliable OEM dealer online & that's Bass Computers. Yes Bass in like the fish.
