No, i am not good at drawing, especially on a laptop pad.
But I am working on a little thing i'd like to make, ''Pirate pick-up lines'' and I need a burly pirate to board a Lady as much time as I got lines. (currently, over 18)
So, this is what I got so far. Any ideas how to make this guy look more like a Pirate ?
Always interested to discuss about people unable to accept humanity. Because I find them weak and stupid.

I'd suggest redrawing it entirely.
At the moment it looks like the strong man from the circus wearing a colonial British navy outfit and a pork pie hat that someone stepped on.

Id say first of all, he needs some lines under his eyes, to make him look meaner and more adged, less inocent. next id say the jackets to bright, try to make it look more worn out and weathered. other than that, yeah, depends how cartoony ya want it, ad a bird, a patch, a hook hand, more weapons, an old pistol strapped to him, or a cutlass, or, whatever.

His eyes are way too big, which gives it a chibby appearance (not really piratey (that's right piratey, not pirat-ish)). Also, the jacket looks traced? It's fine by me if you want to make it into an animation, but you will not learn to draw any better if you trace stuff.

Needs a tri-quarter hat and a MASSIVE feather in it. He SHOULD also look ugly, with a gold tooth/teeth missing. Perhaps a scar too.
