I'm 16, do sport regularly, and am interested in building up some 'impressive' chest muscles. I currently do about 100 pushups a night, yet situps seem to really hurt my stomach, so I tend to avoid them. I'm not interested in going to the gym, I'd just like to know if anyones got any workout advice - what I should do each night and how much I should do it. Thanks

Pushups won't give you a muscular chest.
Do chest presses, incline chest fly, and pullovers.

Don't post a picture of yourself to brag about your muscles, titling the thread "The beast awakens"
My signature was old so I changed it.

Thanks, though are there any others that don't involve any equipment (such as dumbbells)?

There are, but they will take a hell of a long time to gain what you are after.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Do different stuff every night before you go to bed, and every day when you wake up. This way you won't have to make time in your day to work out. Make sure you do different workouts every night because your body will just get used to one type of workout being used over and over, and it won't be as effective. Do 50 jumping jacks one day, 10 push ups the next day, 20 crunches the next day, and repeat.
Or a pattern something like that, doesn't really matter, as long as you don't give up and don't forget to do it every morning and night.
You have to draw the line of determination from desperation. What is truly yours would eventually be yours, and what is not, no matter how hard you try, will never be.
