I have a task on my task manager called bot [registered].exe and i cant end it, is it any cause for concern?

Find who it runs as, where it was loaded from on disc, and if that belongs to an authorized application.
I am leaning towards "hit the self destruct button already!", but hey, no need to be too quick.

That's a clear sign, you better reimage the computer (or failing that, format and reinstall).

find the folder's provenience,use unlocker,stop the process or lock it and delete it
