Well there are quite a few people who seem not to want the privelages. I just assume that anyone who posts one liners of crap doesn't. But it's easy to tell the people who are desprate to become one, you know, it's the same people who have a link to the rules in their sig, post in

I used to do that, but found it was kind of an inconvenience to the people that i was saying it to. I don't know why but i just felt as though it didn't do the job properly. I hope i'm never like any of those people....it gives me shivers just thinking that i would be one of them.

I always thought that he wanted modship, but was going to do what tremour said (too long to quote or even briefly explain) not just a high postcount.

A top PPD list? I suppose so, but it's harder to make than a top posters list, because say a newbie who signed up that day comes along and posts 30 posts, easily achieveable, lo and behold, a PPD of 30.
