My xbox360 basicly exploded

I was playing, I guess i throw it around too much but it like..short circuited and started to emit black smoke i ran over to the wall and unplugged it so fast i almost tripped trying to get over there

Anyone else have some horrible problems with the 360?

roflmfao i bet you also got the Red circle of DOOOOOOOOM!! but, thats what youget for having a cheap ass 360, and not a PS3!! or a wii. wii's never explode. Here is advice, Microsoft SUCKS dicks, and any thing but that is frikin awesome.

Lul'd at that. I have a ps3 so...I don't mind...The new elites that were just released are pretty good...My friend has one, i'll be getting a new one, fable and halo are the only things i come to the 360 for, and L4D

Well, the problem is that all the good content is for the 360, don't lie about that because we all know it..

PS3 never realeases DLC unless its crappy, like for SC4 or w/e. they gave us yoda, who unbalances the game completly.

the red ring dnt mean its going to break, if you read the instruction manual it means its overheated. i put mine in the fridge and it was ok

I've only ever had one issue with my Xbox that required it to be sent away and it only took a week before I had it returned.

As for your black smoke situation, I have never heard of anyone else describe having a similar situation. You should take more care of it in future.

Well I'm sad, I haven't really been playing on my 360 much, all the games just seem to get boring after a while. But when my first 360 broke, it made this really creepy noise, then it just turned off. Scared the shit out of me since it was in the dark.

Oh, I live in the Philippines, but I bought my 360 from the US. The US electricity is 110 Volts. Philippines is 220. I plugged it in stupidly forgetting all about this and it exploded. as in BOOM. Well, not really BOOM, maybe POOF. But anyway, I got the 360 power converter thing after getting it fixed. Stupid old me.
