Well, i have an idea that most of you have either a.) thought about or b.) posted on here. Well here it is!

Nintendo should make a pokemon game for the wii or ds that allows a player to go to EVERY country including the sevii islands, orange islands, and battle island. And allows them to actually interact with other players across the world and even defeat gyms with others, finish the pokedex without massive trading, and fight against every elite four team there ever existed. Oh, and actually follow Ash's storyline (if the player felt like it).

Idon think nintendo will, but never say never, pokemon online mmropg or sort of already out there but they are more like fun mades even it could been alot more improvment on it, And its not impossible beacuse todays games is more advanced then it was before, only problem is game story in pokemon online arent that long win all badges try beat elit champion .But if they adding all towns from movies series will be pretty much work. , Would not suprise me they will make something, just give it some time.

It would be pretty cool to see an MMO of Pokemon, where you could create your own trainer. I'm not talking about a traditional MMO though. Maybe something along the line of Diablo 2, where you could have private rooms to play through the story with a small party of trainers/players.

I'd love it if it were just a whole new Pokemon game, where you started out in a random village in Synno, and worked up the respect of trainers from around the area, and travelled between Johto, Synno, (the other shitty areas)

Would be good fun.

Yeah that would be great. Work together on gyms and shit. I'm too lazy to buy the games so I downloaded a emulator on my computer to play Shiny Gold. (hacked version of Fire Red fyi)

I agree most of it.Except with the Ash storyline.I really like that the anime and the games are away from each other.Besides Ash has a personality and there is a reason why all the characters from the games are mute:They are you, so YOU should answer for them.

I've that of that idea many times, but I don't see it happening. Nintendo wants to treat Pokemon like a cash cow, let them.

I agree, they should have a game like that...well except with following ash's story line cuz the cartoon series just sucks now. Like the only game that comes close to a "cross-country" pokemon game would be gold and silver considering that you can travel to kanto once you beat Johto's elite four. Not to mention it would be awesome to face team rocket and Team Magma/Aqua again. What I wonder is if this game were to be made, would they include the Orre region from Pokemon Colosseum and Gale of Darkness?

I definitely agree that it would be a REALLY cool game to play, especially since I own a few Pokemon games myself (Silver, Gold, and Leaf Green). My brother is also a Pokemon fan, and we always wished that we could do something like that, where we could follow each other and defeat Gyms together. We also agree that the player could follow Ash's storyline, with the Pokemon he had at the time too! If this were to happen, I think it would be VERY hard to get a version of it, but totally be worth the cost and effort from Nintendo. It would just be hard to compress all that data into one CD (or GamePak, etc.).
